Polished film on the website. Native content on social. Two different companies.
A production company made one and a creator made the other, briefed months apart by different people against different objectives. The campaign film was shot wide and cropped down afterward, so it looks slightly wrong on every platform it was never designed for.
Your customer sees both. They notice.
You stopped noticing.
And underneath it you are coordinating three vendors who have never spoken to each other, chasing deliverables in formats nobody agreed, and managing marketing less than you are managing suppliers.
Production briefed off the same strategy as your creator work stops your brand contradicting itself.
QUESTIONS WE GET ASKED
"Can creators appear in the produced work?"
Yes, and it usually improves both. We cast from our own roster, so the people in your campaign film are the same people posting about it.
"Who owns the footage?"
You do, for the usage we agree before the shoot. We put that in writing first rather than discovering it afterward.
"How is this different from UGC?"
We film it, with crew and a director. UGC is shot by the creator on their phone. Different cost, different look, and they work best together.
"Why not just use a production company?"
Use one if production is all you need. The reason to come to us is that your creator work and your produced work stop contradicting each other.
