"What does Asena Collective actually do?"

We run creator and influencer marketing campaigns end to end. Strategy, sourcing, contracting, content, production, paid amplification, campaign management and reporting. You give us the number. We give you the campaign and the report.

"How are you different from every other agencies?"

Most source from databases anyone can subscribe to. We source from a roster we built, with performance history on every creator in it. That is why our shortlists take days and theirs take weeks.

"What is the difference between influencer marketing and creator marketing?"

Influencer marketing borrows an audience. Creator marketing builds a relationship and produces content you own, can run as paid, and can use for a year. We do both and we tell you on the proposal which one you are buying.

"What size brands do you work with?"

Brands with a defined objective and a real creator budget. If you are unsure, submit the form and we will tell you honestly rather than take a meeting we both know is going nowhere.

"Do you guarantee results?"

No. Anyone who does is guessing or lying. We guarantee process, in writing, on every engagement. It is on the Work With Asena page.

"How do you charge?"

Fixed price for defined campaigns, monthly retainer for ongoing programs. Creator budget is separate from our fee and always transparent to you.

"Who owns the content?"

You do, for the usage we negotiate up front. We price extended usage before the campaign, never after it performs.

"Do you handle disclosure and compliance?"

Yes. Written into every creator agreement and monitored while the campaign runs.

"Can you work with creators we already have?"

Yes, managed to the same standard, and you keep the relationship.

"What is paid amplification?"

Running paid spend through a creator's own handle, with permission and a licence. The ad carries their name and credibility. You control targeting, budget and optimization.

"Can Ambassadors own a Creator House?"

No. House ownership sits exclusively on the Bootcamp pathway.

"Who can join the Creator Network?"

Creators of any gender and background, 18 or over, with a real audience and professional standards.

"Network vs. Creator Management?"

The Network is free and connects you to campaigns we run. Management is paid representation where we source and negotiate your deals and manage your career.

"Network vs. Creator Bootcamp?"

The Network is open to everyone and is about paid work. The Bootcamp is a free women-only program about building a creator business. Separate things.

"When do I get paid?"

Terms are in your campaign agreement before you commit. We pay promptly, and we consider that part of the offer.

"Will I get campaigns?"

We cannot promise that and we will not. Joining puts you in front of the work we are running. Whether you get briefed depends on fit, and after your first campaign, on reliability.

"Does it cost anything?"

No. It only takes commitment to personal growth and development.
