A creator list is not a strategy.
Neither is a follower threshold, a platform preference, or last year's campaign with new faces attached to it.
When creator campaigns underperform, the problem often started earlier: the audience was wrong, the message missed, the creator's community was not a real fit, or the campaign never had a clear definition of success.
Once the contracts are signed, those decisions become expensive to change.
Good strategy makes the important decisions before the spend begins.
Strategy is the first deliverable on every engagement we take, and it is never an upsell.
QUESTIONS WE GET ASKED
"Can we take the strategy elsewhere?"
Yes. It is yours either way. That should tell you how confident we are in the execution, and it is a better answer than a clause in a contract.
"Isn't strategy just a way to charge us before the real work?"
It would be, if it were vague. This one names creators, splits a budget and commits to a metric. If it is not specific enough to act on without us, we did it badly.
"How long does it take?"
Weeks, not months. Scoped on the first call so you know before you commit.
"Is it included if we run a campaign?"
Strategy is always step one of a campaign. Standalone is for brands who want the thinking first, or who need an outside read before defending a plan internally.
